From a designer working on the perfect design, production preparing a masterpiece or an installer providing the highest quality install, our ultimate goal is complete satisfaction with the end product.
Dan
Operations Manager
Before joining in April 2011, Dan worked as a land surveyor, building contractor, excavator, and a corrections officer. The most exciting part of his job is helping people. He enjoys working with customers to ensure they are satisfied with their purchases. Outside of the workplace, he enjoys spending time with his family and reading.
Tanner
Business Manager
Tanner officially joined the team in June 2015. He finished high school around the same time and continued to college while working at the company part-time. He began college at the Minnesota School of Business - Rochester before transferring to Concordia University - St. Paul, where he acquired a Bachelor of Arts degree in business in August 2018. His excitement for work revolves around taking on new challenges and continuously learning about the small business environment. He enjoys exercising, traveling, and reading in his free time.
Patricia
Administrative Secretary
Patricia "Patty" joined the team in May 2015. Before National Fleet Graphics, she was a hairstylist for many years. She also was a caretaker for ten years. She enjoys meeting new people and taking on multiple tasks each day. She also enjoys seeing customers who are happy with their final product. Outside work, she enjoys traveling, working in her garden, and spending time with her family.
Nicole
Design Manager
Nicole joined the company in April 2012. She obtained a bachelor's degree in graphic design and studio art from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. Before National Fleet Graphics, Nicole worked in Minneapolis on a design internship. After the internship, she moved back to Rochester where she worked in design at the Post Bulletin for five years until joining National Fleet Graphics. She loves working with people and turning their ideas into beautiful works of art. Outside of work, she spends her time with her husband and son.
Renae
Senior Graphic Designer
Renae obtained her Bachelor of Fine Arts degree at UW-Stout. After graduating, she received her first graphic design position near the Twin Cities-where she worked for seven years. In October 2012, she made a move and joined the team at National Fleet Graphics. Every day she strives to learn something new, whether that "something" is about her work, skills/techniques, life in general, or about herself. She takes pride in being thorough and precise in her work, while also streamlining the process. Seeing a project through from start to finish is fulfilling-working with this team is an important part of that. Her family is her world. When she's not working, time is spent being silly with her two little girls. She and the girls also enjoy driving their dog and their Dad (her husband) just a little crazy. Her favorite place to be is in the woods-camping (or glamping) and hiking.
Kathryn
Graphic Designer
James
Production Manager
James came onboard part time in December 2005. After two years, he joined on full time. His previous work experience includes building houses during the day and working at Mayo Clinic in the evenings. He enjoys completing projects and seeing happy customers. Outside of work, he enjoys time with his family and grandkids, drag racing, and dirt track racing.
Jason
Installation Manager
Jason joined the team in June 2001. Before National Fleet Graphics, he worked construction and paint jobs. He is passionate about his work. He enjoys leading his great team and wrapping vehicles. The part of his job that excites him the most is witnessing the expression customers show when they see their finished product. Outside of work, Jason enjoys fishing, hunting, camping, and spending time with his family.
Luis
Senior Installer
Luis joined National Fleet Graphics in March 2008. He previously worked in the construction field. At work, every day has new challenges to take on. He likes tackling these challenges and learning from them. He also likes working with his co-workers and enjoys helping each of them become better at what they do. Outside work, he spends time with family. He also likes to read and play soccer.
